Who we are
NegoceFlow is an online service that helps agricultural traders, cooperatives and exporters manage purchases, stock, trucks and payments. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +225 07 15 43 17 75.
What we collect
For each staff account: name, email, phone number, role, language and sign-in history. For each company: the business records its staff enter, such as purchases, sales, suppliers, customers, drivers, trucks, payments and documents. For the phone apps: a notification token for each phone that allows notifications, and the app version. For security: the IP address and time of sign-ins and of important actions.
Why we use it
To run the service: sign-in (including the six-digit codes we send on WhatsApp), showing your company its own data, sending the WhatsApp messages and notifications your company asks for, billing, support and keeping accounts safe. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Our hosting provider stores the database and files. Meta (WhatsApp) delivers the WhatsApp messages. Google Firebase delivers phone notifications. When your company uses the AI assistant, the question and the figures it needs are sent to Google Gemini to prepare the answer. Each of them handles the data only to provide that service.
Each company's data
A company only sees its own data. Suppliers and drivers who use their own NegoceFlow space see only what concerns them. The company that entered a record decides what it keeps; NegoceFlow processes it on the company's behalf.
How long we keep it
Your account is kept while it is open. When you delete your account (My Profile, Delete my account), your name, email, phone, photo and notification tokens are removed at once; records you entered stay with your company under "Deleted user". When a company closes, its data is deleted within 30 days. Security logs are kept only as long as they are needed to protect accounts.
Your rights
You can see and correct your details in My Profile, delete your account from My Profile, and ask us for a copy of your data or for its deletion on WhatsApp at +225 07 15 43 17 75. We answer within 30 days.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed, and the keys NegoceFlow uses for WhatsApp, notifications and AI are stored encrypted.
Children
NegoceFlow is a business service for adults. It is not meant for children under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date above.
